Location was great - right in the center of everything. Room service was quick and efficient. The rooftop bar was a really nice touch, with great views of the city.
The room itself was quite outdated and lacked some modern amenities. The staff wasn't the most friendly or helpful, and seemed to be more focused on larger groups than individual guests.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was a pleasant experience. the staff was very friendly and helpful. They provided great service and made sure everything was taken care of from check-in to check-out. the food was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. the hotel had a great location, making it easy to access nearby attractions. We enjoyed the free parking and the comfortable rooms which were spotlessly cleaned every day.
Everything was beyond our expectations.

I just had an incredible stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff was super friendly and made me feel welcome right from the start. The rooms were not only beautiful but also very comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and well-maintained. I loved the fact that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, from ironing facilities to a mini-bar. There was even a sitting area where I could relax and enjoy the view. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was also a big plus, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay.
I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. From the friendly staff to the comfortable rooms and the beautiful amenities, it was truly a fantastic experience.
